STREAM MONITORING PROGRAM

Stream monitoring often includes the installation of discharge/flow data loggers and samplers that record continuous flow and level and can be programmed to take samples during storm or base flow events. At a minimum, WCD staff monitor temperature, dissolved oxygen, transparency, level, flow rate, nutrient content, total loads and various pollutants.
