A shrub with a medium growth rate and reaches a mature height of 6-15 ft. This shrub prefers full sun to partial shade and loam to sandy loam soils, has white flowers in the spring, has purple to black fruit that ripens in June, provides food and cover for wildlife, works well in windbreaks, and has yellow fall color. Serviceberry can form large colonies due to root suckers. This shrub also referred to as Juneberry. Sold in a bundle of 25 bare root seedlings, 12-18" tall.
